Dr. Megan Luciano is enrolled with and accepts Traditional Medicare. Medicare Advantage plans have separate networks and must be verified individually.

TRICARE-certified — currently non-network

Dr. Megan Luciano is a TRICARE-certified provider. Sparrow Women's Health is currently a non-network TRICARE practice and may see eligible TRICARE Select and TRICARE for Life beneficiaries. We have requested in-network participation and are awaiting a decision.

Coverage, referrals, cost sharing, and authorization requirements vary by TRICARE plan. Please contact our office at 321-400-3214 before scheduling so we can help verify your benefits.

We are actively working to join additional insurance networks. If Sparrow Women's Health is not currently in-network with your plan, you may still be able to receive care using out-of-network benefits.

We can provide a detailed receipt or superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement is determined by your health plan and is not guaranteed.

Self-pay options

We welcome self-pay patients and provide transparent pricing for many common visits and services, with payment at the time of service. HSA and FSA funds may be applied, and lab work is available through Quest at self-pay pricing. Please contact our office with questions about anticipated costs.
